Minimum Wage Hourly Command: a new approach to measure inequality, purchasing power, and poverty

In this working paper, two new concepts are introduced: Minimum Wage Hourly Command and Minimum Wage Command Ratio. With these concepts, purchasing power can be expressed based on one hour of work and compared between areas.
